Overview & Key Concepts

With all the groundwork, content development, and data validation that's taken place in all previous phases, we've finally reached the most exciting phase of the PMM workflow: the Go-to-Market play.

This phase concerns itself with 2 major tasks:

  1. Consolidate every piece of product marketing information into targeted deliverables with a release schedule (which we've explored repeatedly up until this point)

  2. The planning and scheduling of community and potential vendor participation activities
